Had the mole burrito, perfect chocolate combo with a little spice. Their plates are A+ for being a food truck, and the burrito was a full meal. I could have easily stretched it into two meals. Also had the watermelon aqua Fresca, refreshing. I'll be going back again!

During our recent trip to Portland we were walking down Alberta and came across Chef Roberto's restaurant. Knowing nothing about the place we were expecting to walk up, grab a couple tacos, and be on our way. What ensued was an absolute delight of a surprise. We ended up ordering the Birria and Cochinita Pibil tacos. To our surprise we saw ceviche on the menu that day and added that. Had the story ended there we would have left happy as the food was exceptional and the flavors and quality were beyond anything we would have expected from a truck. While waiting for our order we had a chance to meet Chef Roberto and learn about his history and inspiration for the food and business. He later recommended we try the Tres Moles Enchiladas. Having grown up eating mole my whole life I had an ides of what to expect. Needless to say all three were incredible and the mole rojo was life changing. It brings a sense of pride to see how Chef Roberto is sharing our culture and our flavors with the Portland community. I cannot recommend visiting his family's establishment enough. Gracias por compartir su historia con nosotros y saludos desde Chicago.

Mole Mole is a cute little food truck with soooo many offerings. I don't know how they can make all of them inside a truck! I had a birria taco and a big bowl of posole and both were really tasty and flavorful although the posole could have used more hominy. It did take 20+ minutes for the food to come out which was surprising because both of us ordered the posole and there weren't many orders in front of us. But I would return for another casual yet yummy meal.

Alright... time for another review after eating at this excellent place on this pleasant Saturday evening! Visiting Portland for the weekend and staying with my friend and he recommended we try this place, about a 30 minute bus ride to the 22nd and Food Carts. Wait time to order wasn't too bad... about 10-15 minutes. Seemed like the people in front of us were a little indecisive with their food orders...odd move to replace beans for queso man... The food took about 15-20 minutes which was really quick! Food was plated on these decorate plates as pictured! I ordered the "tres amigos burrito" and a mango aqua fresca, both of which were delicious. Will definitely came back here again; definitely some of the best Mexican i've had in the PNW! Thanks to my friend Billy for the sweet rec!
